This is a 5 car Train (Engine, Coal Car, Closed Car, Open Car, and Caboose) that is fitted with Birthday Balloons on every car. Included is a second Coal Car that is empty of birthday congratulations so that you can personalize this train for weddings, baby showers, or any other event that you are decorating for. This is your one cut file that meets all your needs! This cut file has been used on canvas bag, Cake Topper, Banner/Bunting, and Table Topper (please see the 3D file for converting this into a standalone train). But the possibilities of this file are endless!
